These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and PixBeauty regarding the subject matter covered, replacing all prior written or verbal communications, proposals, and negotiations, including any terms found in purchase orders.
We reserve the right to transfer these Terms, or any rights and obligations contained herein, to a third party without prior notice to you. A party's failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that or any other right. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
In the event of a dispute with PixBeauty, you agree to attempt informal resolution with us first. Both parties consent to resolving any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement in accordance with AppStore's guidelines.
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement. You submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in California for resolving any disputes connected to these Terms or the Products.
